1. Capacity: 2-12 tons per hour
2. Raw materials: animal wastes, sludge, vinasse, bagasse and some other organic materials
3. Applicated range: organic fertilizer production
4. Advantage: large capacity, stable working, high granulating ratio, best granule surface
Introduction
New type organic fertilizer Granulator is a molding machine which can make the material into specific shape. It is suitable for large production of cold, hot granule and high and low concentration compound fertilizers. The machine can not only granulate a variety of organic matter, especially for the coarse fiber materials which are difficult to be granulated by conventional equipment, such as crop straw, wine residue, mushroom residue, drug residue, animal dung and so on. With the combination of the two granulating methods, it will make the granule forming rate more higher, and the granules are more beautiful, while saving energy and energy efficiency.
Features
1. Mixing and rotating together, two granulating method combined for working
2. Special rubber sheet lining or acid resistant stainless steel liner can be added, better solve materials stick to the drum
3. Stable foundation, thickened spiral steel materials and ametabolic wheel will ensure machine stable working
4. Widely raw materials processing

Working Principle
Main work method is aggregate wet granulation, through a certain amount of water or steam, the basic fertilizers that been wetted in the cylinder body will react; under a certain liquid conditions, with the rotation of the tube, the material particles are created to squeeze together the balls. Then high speed rotating mechanical shearing force and the resulting air power will make continuous implementation of the fine powder material in the machine mixing, granulating, spheroidizing, density and other processes, which achieves the goal of the granulation.
