Features :

1.1 It introduces the hot air of the hot blast stove into the interior of the drum dryer through the jet air blower to exchange heat with the wet material.

Rotary drum dryer structure:

Rotary Drum dryer consists of rotary body, lifting plate, gear, support equipment and seals and other components. The rotary body is flanged or welded. Supported by the two-speed roller bearing device, the simplified rotation is driven by the transmission gear. The cylinder is installed with an angle, and the material is in contact with the hot flue gas during the process of turning forward inside the rotating cylinder to achieve the purpose of drying. This machine is equipped with an inlet and discharge device. There is a fish scale seal between the feeding and discharging device and the cylinder so that the material does not overflow.

Working principle:

Rotary drum dryer adopts slightly tilted drum which can be rotated. The wet materials are sent to hopper of rotary dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator from the higher side, and well-dried materials are collected from the other lower side, and hot air enters the drum from the feeding side or discharging side according to user needs.

Machine maintenance:

1. The shaft bears the full load of the negative machine, so good lubrication has a great relationship with the bearing life. It directly affects the service life and operation rate of the machine. Therefore, the required oil must be cleaned, the seal must be good, and the main oil of the machine is required. 2. The newly installed tires are prone to loosening and must be inspected frequently.

3. Pay attention to whether the work of all parts of the machine is normal.

4. Pay attention to the degree of wear of the wear parts, and always pay attention to replace the worn parts.

5. The plane of the undercarriage of the mobile device should be removed from dust and other things to prevent the movable bearing from moving on the chassis when the machine encounters unbreakable materials, resulting in serious accidents.

6. When the bearing oil temperature rises, stop immediately and check the cause to eliminate it.

7. If there is impact sound when the rotating gear is running, it should be stopped and checked immediately and eliminated.
